jingyichuangye commits to maintaining platform functionality and periodically updating educational content. We reserve the right to modify prices or course structure with 30 days prior notice.

Payments are made monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, only for annual subscriptions, proportional to the unused period. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
The user may cancel at any time by deactivating the account from settings. jingyichuangye may suspend or close the account in case of breach of terms, without refund. Notification is made by email 7 days in advance.
